In 1632 the Italian astronomer Galileo published a book with irrefutable evidence that the earth and the planets revolved around the sun.

This so shocked the established view of the time - which was that everything, including the sun, revolved around the earth - that he was forced to recant his findings.

And he spent the rest of his life under house arrest.

It wasn’t until the 1820s that everyone agreed on the truth and that Galileo was of course right.

This seems laughable to us today.

But how much of what we now “know” to be “truth” might not be after all?

Probably a lot.

Here’s something that virtually everyone believes, but which I have evidence to prove is not true:

Stress and problems are a natural part of life.

This is simply not true, on the most fundamental, biological level.

Every living thing in nature - including you - is wired biologically to thrive.

To be the best it can be - so that it has the greatest chance to survive.

That is the biological purpose of all life (including your life).

Stress and problems do not help you survive. In fact, they do the opposite.

Stress and problems only weaken you.

So there is no biological benefit in stress and problems.

Problems and stress are simply signs that you are not functioning biologically as you are designed to!

But the good news is you can correct things.

Your brain is designed to ensure you avoid stress and problems (and remove any you do have as quickly and effectively as possible)...

If you use it right.

You can learn to function correctly on a biological level.

When you do, your brain auto-corrects your life - and removes your stress and problems.

You just need to use your brain the right way - the natural way - for it to happen.

You can learn how to use your brain the right way to remove problems and stress from your life in my program (see details below).

I’m not expecting to be put under house arrest for saying this - but the truth is that problems aren’t natural.

And you can solve any problem in your life - quickly and permanently - when you use your brain the right way.
